We offer a wide range of children’s activities across our parishes and willing volunteers are always very welcome!

Messy church

Messy Church meets every Wednesday in term time at the Child Okeford Community Centre 9 – 11.30am. We have lots of toys, provide several imaginative and Bible based craft activities and have a short time of informal worship. We provide a snack meal for the children and lots of coffee for the grown-ups.

Messy church on Sunday

Messy Church on Sunday is a fun and friendly service aimed at those new to church and families with young children. The service starts with craft activities for the children and coffee for the grown-ups followed by an informal service packed with lively music and worship. This is rounded off with a “bring and share” lunch for all to enjoy together in fellowship.

Messy Church on Sunday is the perfect introduction to the Christian faith and we aim to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible.
